Today, Wednesday, Oppo officially announced its Oppo F17 and Oppo F17
Pro smartphones, which come about 8 months after the launch of its Oppo F15
phone.
The two new phones are thinner, faster, and stronger than the
previous phone, and similar to the previous OPPO F series phones, the two
phones are aimed at young consumers.
The thickness of Oppo F17 and Oppo F17 Pro does not exceed 7.5
mm, and the weight does not exceed 160 grams. The two phones are designed with
a curved side and back to make them comfortable to hold.
Both phones have a 4,000 mAh battery, with support for VOOC 4.0 fast
charging technology that charges the phone with a capacity of 30 watts. They
support AI Night Charging technology, which does not charge the battery until
the user wakes up.
Oppo F17 Pro features a MediaTek Helio P95 processor for gaming
enthusiasts. The phone offers 8 GB of random access memory RAM and 128 GB of
internal storage. Software: The phone works with the Color OS 7.2 user
interface, based on the Android 10 operating system from Google.
The phone offers a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of
2400 x 1080 pixels, with support for a 60Hz update. The screen comes protected
with a layer of glass (Gorilla Glass 3), and it contains two holes for the
front cameras, which come with 16 megapixels and 2 megapixels. There is a
fingerprint sensor under the screen.
On the back of the phone, there are four cameras, the main resolution
of which is 48 megapixels with an f / 1.8 lens slot, the second with 8
megapixels for ultra-wide photography with an f / 2.2 lens slot, and the third
and fourth cameras come with a resolution of 2 megapixels each.
Oppo F17 Pro will be available for initial order as of
today, to be launched from September 7, and its price will be equivalent to 310
US dollars.
As for the Oppo F17, it offers a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a
resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, with a single hole for the 16-megapixel front
camera. On the back, there are 4 cameras as well, but the main resolution is 16
megapixels with an f / 2.2 lens slot, and the resolution of the remaining three
cameras is shared with F17 Pro.
And unlike the more powerful phone, F17 contains a Snapdragon 662
processor. It also contains random access memory RAM size of 4 GB or 8 GB,
and internal storage capacity of 64 GB, or 128 GB.
The company intends to announce the price of (Oppo F17) and its
launch date in the market soon.
